In Nakaseke, Balaji Group is turning over two square miles into a fully integrated Hass avocado ecosystem from nurseries and orchards to processing and export. With 1,200 acres under cultivation and farmer-friendly seedlings, the project is driving incomes, jobs, and positioning Uganda as a serious player in the global avocado market.
