Uganda’s Maarifasasa Limited and Japan’s Academia Limited are partnering to deliver AI-enabled, multilingual software services. This collaboration allows Ugandan engineers to work remotely for Japanese companies, upskill through international exposure, and create up to 10,000 tech jobs, addressing youth unemployment while positioning Uganda as a competitive hub for global software development.
